Sterling Outbound ("we", "us") provides commercial outreach and appointment-setting services to specialist trade contractors. This page explains, in plain terms, what data we handle and why.

Business contact data used for outreach

To run outreach on behalf of a contractor client, we use publicly available or professionally sourced business contact details — for example, a company name, a role-based contact name, a business email address, or a business phone number. This is contacted for a legitimate B2B purpose relevant to that person's role: assessing interest in a commercial service related to their premises.

We don't collect or use consumer personal data, and we don't sell or share contact data with third parties outside of running the campaign it was gathered for.

Opting out

Every outreach message includes a clear way to stop future contact. Any opt-out or objection request is honoured and the contact is removed from further outreach.

Data submitted through this website

If you submit a form on this site (for example, to request a prospect sample or book a call), we use the details you provide — name, email, and any other information you enter — solely to respond to that request. Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and calls are scheduled through Calendly. Both are third-party services with their own privacy practices.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may set minimal technical cookies as part of delivering the font files.
